Cajun’s scope of work consisted of the construction of three buildings fat LACC’s proposed Ethylene Cracker Plant in Westlake, LA. The buildings included an Administration Building (21,912 SF), Main Gate (8,542 SF), and Lab (6,708 SF).

Accomplishments

Collaborative Design – Assist process allowed early construction start in critical areas.

Successful VE process salvaged the Administration Building from deferment.
