W-2 Tax Form Information

2023 W-2 Tax Statements will be issued by January 31st. If you elected to receive your W-2 form electronically, you will receive an email with the website and log in information. If you need to change your email address, please use the link below to submit to payroll.

If you opted out of electronic delivery to receive a paper form, it will be mailed to the address we have on file in payroll. If you need to change your mailing address, please use the link below to submit to payroll.

If you want to change from paper form delivery to consent for electronic delivery of your W-2 form, please click the link below.

We will need your new email, mailing address, or change to consent by January 15th.

If you do not consent or opt out by January 15th, you will receive a paper form in the mail. If you do not receive your W-2 by February 12th, you can request a duplicate copy using the link below.

Please do not call Payroll to send a copy of your last check stub, or to send a duplicate copy of the W-2. The duplicate copy can only be done if submitted from Cajun’s website.
