Cajun Constructors has reorganized itself, creating four new firms to operate under a new parent company.
The company did not return a call for comment Wednesday, but said in a news release that the changes would position Cajun “for further expansion (and) strategic acquisitions.”
Cajun Industries LLC will oversee the operations of four subsidiaries — Cajun Constructors Inc., Cajun Deep Foundations LLC, Cajun Maritime LLC and Cajun Equipment Services LLC.
The management structure of each company will be as follows:
CAJUN INDUSTRIES: Lane Grigsby, chairman; Ken Jacob, president and chief executive officer; Milton Graugnard, executive vice president; Shane Recile, chief financial officer; Michael Calabrese, senior vice president; Jan Lass, vice president of construction services.
CAJUN CONSTRUCTORS: Todd Grigsby, president; Mike Barber, senior vice president of industrial projects; Euclid Michel, senior vice president of public works projects; Mark Reinhardt, vice president of Dallas operations; Tim Ricketts, vice president of Houston operations.
CAJUN DEEP FOUNDATIONS: Mike Moran, president.
CAJUN MARITIME: Mike Moran, chairman; Jim Quackenbos, president.
CAJUN EQUIPMENT SERVICES: Mike Bates, president.
The changes took effect July 1.
Cajun was founded by Lane Grigsby in 1973 as Cajun Contractors and Engineers. According to the company’s Web site, it has completed more than $2 billion in industrial contracts.
